What is Visa Information Source Select (VIS Select)?

Visa Information Source Select is a user-friendly web-based reporting and analysis tool for Visa® Business credit and debit cardholders. VIS Select allows cardholders to easily and more efficiently monitor and manage their business expenditures by offering flexible spending reports that are automatically sent via email or are accessed online.

VIS Select requires

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and above, or
• Mozilla Firefox, at least version 1.0.8, and preferably version 1.5.0.6
• Many other browsers are known to work well with this product. If however, if you experience a problem with any of the product features, an upgrade to one of the browsers above is suggested.

VIS Select offers five flexible spending reports, including Cardholder Summary, Cardholder Detail, Company Summary, Spending Summary and Spending Detail. Transaction data from all reports can be downloaded to financial software, including Quickbooks® and Quicken®.

• Spending Alert Service - sends an email or online alert when purchases fall outside parameters that are set by the Company Administrator or cardholder.
• Bill Payment Notifications - received by email or online messaging when an authorized recurring charge is placed on a Visa Business check or credit card.
• Data Exports - download information and schedule daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually to use offline with Excel, Quicken or other financial software.
• Email and online reminders - scheduled by calendar date.

VIS Select tracks expenses for eight merchant categories: Business Services, Materials and Supplies, General Merchandise, Travel, Lodging, Meals and Entertainment, Vehicle, and Cash Advances.

Company authorized cardholders can choose to have their reports delivered on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis. Cardholders can also have the option to download data exports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis.

Enrollment is quick and easy - cardholders simply go to www.asbhawaii.com/vis-select and complete a few steps. Based on the information provided, Visa will deliver the appropriate reports. Company authorized cardholders can change reports, formats, frequency and distribution at any time.

As part of the enrollment process, you will be asked to select a Password Hint Question and provide an Answer. In the event that you are locked out, simply answer the Password Hint Question with the correct answer and your Password will automatically be reset. If you are unable to answer the Password Hint Question, contact the American Savings Bank - VIS Select Administrator at (808) 539-7844.
