With our FREE AccountAbility service, keeping track of your accounts has never been easier. Using your touch-tone phone, dial 625-9800 (Oahu) or 1-800-232-9661 (Neighbor Islands and Mainland).  You can access this free service with your account number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Essentially, this service allows you the keep on top of all your accounts including checking, savings, Visa®, and loan accounts with the most current information available, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

And now, with voice access, it's even easier to use because the system recognizes spoken commands. If you prefer, you may still press buttons to enter information, but once you try voice access, we think you'll find "talking" to AccountAbility fast, easy, and convenient.
