Program Details:

Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Shadow and work with ASB mentors and teammates to complete projects and daily assignments.
  • Assist with communication projects, corporate events, and community activities.
  • Assist with project/procedure documentation.
  • Learn about the ASB culture and why our teammates love working here.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Eligibility Requirements:
  • High school graduate of the class of 2018 OR a senior for the 2018-2019 school year
  • Demonstrated leadership in a school or community organization.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive team player who can thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interact with teammates at all levels.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid work permit required for students age 17 and under.
  • Preference is given to students from ASB Bank for Education 'Ohana schools
