Chong’s expertise is focused on helping small to medium-sized businesses succeed. He began his financial services career in 1991 and has gained knowledge in all aspects of the banking industry through his various positions including Business Banking Manager and Branch Manager. He has a General Banking Diploma from the American Institute of Banking and holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Born in Seoul, South Korea, Chong moved to Hawaii at age 5. He enjoys traveling and experiencing new destinations.
