There are two ways your payment is delivered: 1. Electronic: The payment and your payment details are sent electronically from your account 2. Check: If no electronic method is available, a check will be mailed on your behalf.
AutoPay is a recurring payment. You control the frequency of the payments, and can set a start and end date for recurring payments. To set up AutoPay, Log in to Online Banking and navigate to Payments & Transfers > Online Bill Pay, then at the top of the page, select Options > Visit Bill Pay Site. Select AutoPay for the payee you would like to set up a recurring payment.
Menu > Pay & Transfer > Online Bill Pay > “Options” button > Click “Visit Bill Pay Site”. Click on “Add Billers” enter the Biller/Payee name in the search field. Click ‘Next’ and select ‘Company’ or ‘Person’ and complete the biller profile, click Next. Complete the Review and Pay page with the payment details.
From our Bill Pay site, you can now receive eBills. An eBill is an electronic statement from eligible billers. By activating eBills, you can easily view your statement and pay your bills in one place. You’ll receive an email notification when your bill is due. Turn off eBills anytime and your paper bill service for that biller will be restored within two pay cycles.
To activate eBill, enter the Bill Pay site Menu > Pay & Transfer > Online Bill Pay > “Options” button > Visit Bill Pay Site.
If your Biller offers eBills, you will see a link or button to activate eBills on the Biller profile page or under the ‘My Biller’ section from the main Pay Bills homepage. Simply follow the Request eBills steps presented.

There is no Online Bill Pay service charge for Kalo EssentialsSM, Kalo PlusSM, Kalo DeluxeSM, Biz EssentialsSM, Biz PlusSM and Biz Deluxe checkingSM accounts. A monthly fee and/or transaction fee may apply to other accounts.
We recommend you select a “deliver on” date that is 3-5 business days before the actual due date.
From our enhanced Bill Pay site, you can easily select your pay from account from the “Review and Pay” page. Select the Biller you want to pay from the My Biller section on the Pay Bills homepage > Click Pay > Enter the payment amount, estimated delivery date, Select your Account you want to pay from, and enter a memo (optional) > Click Pay.
You can add a memo to check payments on the Bill Pay Site. To access the Bill Pay site Menu > Pay & Transfer > Online Bill Pay > “Options” button > Click Visit Bill Pay site. You can add a memo from the “Review and Pay” page.
