and select Option 1.
When prompted, enter your new Access ID. (If you do not know your Access ID, please select 0 to be connected to a Customer Service Agent to receive your Access ID.)
You will be asked security questions to confirm your identity. Once you've been confirmed, you will be able to select your new PIN.
