HOW TO GET STARTED WITH OUR PHONE BANKING SYSTEM:

STEP 1

Call our Customer Banking Center:
(808) 627-6900 or
toll-free (800) 272-2566 
and select Option 1.

STEP 2

When prompted, enter your new Access ID. (If you do not know your Access ID, please select 0 to be connected to a Customer Service Agent to receive your Access ID.)

STEP 3

You will be asked security questions to confirm your identify. Once you've been confirmed, you will be able to select your new PIN.
