Conduct periodic individual impairment analyses to ascertain appropriate reserve levels. Monitor substandard portfolio for credit risk adjustments. * Manage accounts within the litigation inventory related to collections, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and probate. Coordinate efforts directly with outside counsel for efficient and effective responses to all requests for documents, information, settlement authority, check requests, discovery, etc. to facilitate the prompt filing and handling of such litigation matters. Ensure all actions, deadlines, and correspondence are processed in a timely manner, clearly documented and tracked internally. * Investigate and respond to credit bureau disputes received from the three major credit reporting agencies, directly from consumers, or through Adverse Action requests. * Process decedent notifications and generate initial correspondence on behalf of the Bank to decedent's estate. Such correspondence may include matters related to ACH chargebacks, improper online access, and handling of outstanding loan balances. Investigate and respond to questions from the decedent estate regarding transition of loans. * Monitor and remain current on regulations related to matters of loss recovery to ensure internal compliance with all laws and regulations. Description: Primary Purpose of Job: Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive program for role-based and least privileged identity and access management. Oversees and performs day-to-day user access creation, modifications, and terminations. Works with other Technology groups to implement and maintain policies and standards for user provisioning. Serves as a Team Lead for the Provisioning Team. Essential Functions of the Job: * Designs, implements, and maintains a strategy for a Role Based and Least Privilege Identity and Access Management environment. Implements and maintains standards for application logins and creates workflows to normalize user accounts. Ensures consistency and accuracy of all ASB user provisioning activities. Works with Information Security, Enterprise Risk, Human Resources, and other departments to maintain a strong identity and access management program at ASB * Establishes and achieves short-term and long-term Identity and Access Management objectives and plans that ensure customer issues and service requests are properly addressed in a timely manner. Manages Service Desk Software and uses management tools to create workflows and reports * Facilitates, administers, and maintains a knowledge base of job descriptions and privileges "entitlement catalog" * Designs and facilitates user review validations procures for Technology Managed Systems * Ensures completion and executes requests for new hire provisioning, access modifications, and terminations * Actively pursues new developments in the IT field that can be used to improve processes. Keeps abreast of activities in the broader market that may affect the section's activities * Continually works to apply existing identity and access management policy to new and recently on-boarded systems Minimum Education Requirements: * College (4-year) Degree in Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience Experience Required: * Three (3) years of experience supporting or administering applications Required Skills or Training: * Able to conceptualize new ideas and complex technical matter quickly and interpret information for recommendations and/or decision-making * Must be able to apply effective independent judgement to situations as they arise for projects to remain on schedule * Able to prioritize, meet schedules and deadlines with thorough, accurate, and quality work products * Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills * In-depth analytical skills * Exhibits the follow competencies in relation to IT work: * Use of Technology -- Has in-depth knowledge of the underlying technology, assesses user satisfaction and the effectiveness of technology and recommends changes as needed. * Coordination of Resources / Project Management -- Supervises the work efforts of others toward the timely completion of projects. Description: The Workflow Designer provides business and technical support to the Bank operations. This position will translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements that result in operational processes/solutions that create significant value to the business. The incumbent will be responsible for collaborating with key business and IT resources on a variety of complex business projects and designing sustainable, efficient processes to be automated using electronic workflow or other automation tools. * Provides subject matter expertise and hands-on experience with workflow and Enterprise Content Management solutions. Utilizes knowledge of workflows, integration tools and platforms to develop new workflow solutions with IT to meet business requirements * Collaborates with key business partners and IT colleagues to clearly identify business needs in order to develop effective solutions for fulfilling complex business requirements. Able to document and map business processes * Possesses strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project timeliness, deliverables, resource requirements and budgets for larger scale initiatives.
