Financial Hardship Assistance

We are offering solutions to help customers who are facing financial hardship due to COVID-19. Please complete this form and we'll be in touch with you on how we can help as soon as possible.

Qualifying customers may receive assistance for up to 3 months in the form of one of the following:

  • Loan forbearance
  • Loan deferment
  • Loan extension

If you have already received assistance and would like to request additional assistance, please provide:

  1. Proof of income prior to March 13, 2020; and
  2. Current proof of income (including unemployment)
    • Examples of proof of income:
    • Pay Stubs
    • Bank statements showing direct deposits from employer
    • General Excise Tax (“GET”) statements
    • Transient Accommodation Tax (“TAT”) statements
    • Other documents evidencing employment
    • Business bank statements
