ASB Named Best Banks to Work For in 2018 by American Banker Magazine

American Banker Magazine has named ASB one of the Best Banks to Work For in 2018. Only 85 banks across the nation achieved the "Best Bank" status. ASB is the only Hawaii bank on this year’s list.

Determining the Best Banks to Work For involved a two-step process. The first step consisted of evaluating each participating bank's workplace policies, practices and demographics. The second part consisted of employee surveys assessing the experiences and attitudes of individual teammates regarding their workplace. The combined scores determined the top banks and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final ranking.
